Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. All eligible refunds will be credited back to the card on file within 10 business days.
